Organic Coffee ~ Mexican Miravalles
The Hacienda Miravalles Coffee is
extremely well prepared and consistent. It is Arabica Typica and Bourbon
variety. The coffee is high-grown, but because of the hot climate it matures
more rapidly, giving it different characteristics than a typical high-grown.
The coffee is medium bodied, mild acidity, clean cup and a mild nutty taste.
This selection is also
Bird-Friendly
and
Shade-Grown.
